MITOS Swimwear e-shop is liable for the quality, completeness, and validity of the information posted on its mitoswimwear.com website both in terms of the accuracy of the information posted and of the online services our e-shop provides. It also holds the right to reservations regarding the appearance of random technical or typographical errors which cannot be foreseen or may ensue involuntarily during interruption of the website’s operation due to reasons beyond our control.

Our e-shop also holds the right to reservations as to the delivery times of the merchandise shipped when those are subject to reasons beyond its control. MITOS Swimwear e-shop can issue no guarantees as to the availability of its products. However, it does guarantee to notify end consumers promptly as to the non-availability of said products. The online store MITOS Swimwear e-shop posts its contents (e.g., information, descriptions, photographs, displays, etc), products, and services available on the website “as is”.

The MITOS Swimwear e-shop is fully aware of the significance entailed in the Protection of your Personal Data and of your electronic transactions. To this purpose, it has taken all necessary steps by means of cutting-edge technology to ensure that your security is safeguarded to the fullest. All information pertinent to your personal details and transactions are secure and confidential.

PAYMENTS

The following methods of payment are accepted:

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

MITOS SWIMWEAR does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in JCC’S secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-AMEX-DINERS.

PAYPAL

MITOS SWIMWEAR welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2-4 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to eshop@mitoswimwear.com for immediate processing of your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping in Cyprus & Greece is for orders over 129 euros. For orders under 129 euros there is a flat fee of 5 euros.

Free Shipping in Europe is for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros the fees are according to destination.

MITOS SWIWMEAR does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within the next working day. Orders must placed by 1.00 pm (CET) for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MITOS SWIMWEAR shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.

Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.

Return policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.

MITOS SWIMWEAR reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGE 

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.

  • REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Refunds are NOT possible for sale items and for orders paid with interest-free installment.

**Orders must be returned using the stated carrier using our account.

* Returns for Items Purchased on Sale : Free returns in Europe do not apply to items on sale. Return fee for sale items is the same as the original shipping fee.

  • Returns & Refunds are accepted for items purchased from Europe only.

Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Email eshop@mitoswimwear.com within 14 working days of receiving your order.
  • You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options. This email will also include your Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
  • Confirm your chosen compensation method.
  • To return your package to us, fill in the returns form and the courier return voucher enclosed. These must be included in your returned package.
  • Call the courier to arrange pick up and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your RAN.
  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
