With summer -and the time we get to flaunt our MITOS bikinis;)- fast approaching, who isn’t looking for miracle ways to look their best? There’s nothing more miraculous than nature itself though, and these stars seem to know it. That’s why they have their daily diet infused with nature’s most powerful ingredients, all brought together into delicious smoothies.

Our favourite celebrity beauties swear by these smoothies, so take notes and start juicing girls!

GWYNETH PALTROW’S BLUEBERRY ALMOND DETOX SMOOTHIE

You will need:

1 scoop of a complete nutritional, whey protein fortified powder (not soy protein)
1/2 cup blueberries (you could also use other fruits like peaches, mango etc)
1 scoop of a ProGreens type of powder (preferably with probiotics)
1 1/2 cups almond milk (you could substitute with rice or coconut milk)

Blend everything together and enjoy!

MIRANDA KERR’S  MORNING SMOOTHIE

You will need:

1 glass cold pressed coconut milk
1 glass coconut water
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons vegan rice
protein powder
All in the blender and power on for a minute or so!

ROSIE HUNTINGTON WHITELEY’S GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE

You will need:

4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 celery stalks
1 cup fresh spinach
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 pear
½ banana
Juice of ½ lemon
1½ cups of water

Put everything into a blender with a few ice cubes and blitz. Serve and drink immediately.
